Elote-Mexican Street Corn

This was an after school treat for me during my time in California. Best cooked on a grill for that Smokey flavor but you can also cook it in the oven too.
INGREDIENTS:
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup sour cream
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* Juice of 1 lime
* 6 ears corn
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Place whole corn with husks on a very hot grill but not directly under the flame for 40 mins. In the oven place hole corn in the husk in a 400 degree oven for 40 mins. Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl. After the corn is cooked, peel back the husks and brush on the mixture then sprinkle with chili powder, cotija cheese, and cilantro. Server immediately.
