Satsuma Spice Toddy

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons local honey
• 1 cup hot water
• 6 tablespoons bourbon
• 1 satsuma peel
• 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

1. Stir honey and water in a 2 cup mixing glass or pitcher until the honey dissolves.
2. Add 6 tablespoons of your favorite bourbon and mix.
3. Pour the cocktail into a rocks glass.
4. Twist the satsuma peel and add to the glass.
5. Give the drink one last stir with a cinnamon stick, leaving it in when done. Sip and enjoy!
