Birthday / Lemon Poppyseed Bundt Cake

This year for my birthday, my two eldest daughters ask me what would I prefer - a red velvet cake or a poppy seed cake? I replied, “Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake.” This cake reminds me of my grandmother. I loved her cakes ( really I loved all her food but we are talking cake today.) I was not sure if the girls would pull it off but I let them do and to my surprise, it was the best, most perfect bundt cake that could be. Way to go girl.
